I live in Los Angeles. My day job is as a social worker. My practice mostly consists of making diaristic essay films and curating short film programs.

I was thinking about my desire for intergenerational support of trans people in the future, in ways unimagined in the present. Using fabric from my moms fabric collection and denim iron on patches from amazon dot com, I machine sewed this simple quilt square of the trans flag with text. I wish I could have done more, but I couldn’t because of limited time. But I really wanted to make and contribute something, so this is what I made.
